Why do people say hybrids are bad?

I personally don't like deformed Hybrids such as Blood parrots

I love hybrid fish personally I feel like its a big science project trying to see what u can produce. Its got a lot of trial and error like what will my red dragon look like when I mix it with my veja or a bp with my malau? Any way thats what I love about it.View attachment 97938

I'm not a fan of hybrids, but I don't generally dislike them either.

I don't care for flowerhorns though.
