I agree and disagree here. We are MFK, go big or go home, and I love seeing people push past their comfort level with new fish or a bigger tank or trying to build a sump for the first time. But on the other hand as MFKers, true monster keepers, is it not in the interest of people like us and the hobby as a whole to make sure people are well informed about the monster fish they buy? I don't bash anyone's tank but I will definitely tell someone they are going to need a bigger one and the timeline in which they have to do so before the fish becomes a tank buster haha.we buy big fish because this is MFK.... some do it better than others and we all gotta start somewhere. too much nay saying these days and tank bashing. noone starts with a 5k gallon tank and 3 fish to put in it. lets be realistic and let people enjoy the hobby before it disapears all together. Tanks are never big enough, its all part of the game. Do u give up or keep building? choice is urs...
