Why haven't Coldwater species have been popularized yet?

Yeah, they are really protective of the native stock here. I dream of arguing that rainbow trout are an introduced species and not really a true native and the judge agreeing but I know it's just a dream.

Wouldn't it be cool to have grayling across the top, rainbows and dolly varden in the middle and burbot and black fish on bottom with sculpins muddling around!

One native that i would love to keep would be a bowfin. I love that fish, definitly a bucket list fish

If I want a NA native, it would be Bulldog Goodeid..a large predatory livebearer native to Mexico.
