After spending 1 1/2 hours in home depot getting every last piece of what i need this weekend to put up the jack posts under my room to support the 180 it was almost 9:30. I never eat out maybe twice a year but i decided to stop at taco bell and get something small. I am a hardcore vegetarian for the sake of the animals. I order a cheese quesaddia or w/e and i pay and drive away get 30 miles home and i eat part of it and I ate chicken. I threw up everywhere and right then i hopped in the truck and drove 30 miles back to have a word with them. The manager blew me off and told me to call corp. I called and now have an aranged meeting with the regional manager of the taco bells around me. This is why you shouldn't have 15 year old kids taking orders. My recipt said CHEESE!!

"Cheese" means you are supposed to SMILE :D ! LOL

:screwy: so a kid messed up on your order. its not like if there was a foreign object in your food. big deal. meeting with the regional manager? come on man, what are you trying to prove/achieve? sheesh

Im a vegetarian and they put chicken in my order. thats not the big picture. What if I was fatally allergic to chicken?? It is my custom to not eat anything with a face. My main point was the manager didnt even say sorry he blew me off and said here is a number to call. I would have never taken it this far if i would have just had some respect from him. Im still shacking. My stomach and throut are buring now. I went in there and was very polite and got no sorry from anybody.

i hear ya, customer service blows these days. especially when youre dealing with such low-paid employees. but honestly, i dont think the regional manager will be able to do anything more than a "sorry".

you kinda have a point about the allergic reaction part, but usually chicken quesadillas differ in size compared to cheese quesadillas, i mean you can clearly tell. isn't lard a no no for vegetarians its animal fat and its in tortillas, but i agree the meeting thingy is a tab bit much!:D

A sorry or a nice gift card.
lol

but I see your point but if you were allergic to chicken and it was a bad allergy then you would say make sure there is no chicken to press the issue.

If I go to taco bell and get a taco and I do not want tomato I tell them even though I know that tomoato does not go on a soft taco I try to bring the message to them that I don't want tomato and hope they double check.

You just have to order real slow and be cool with these people. they mostly are not there b/c it's a cool place to work.
