we didnt think he would get caught. sadly he did. 400k bail. we would have to pay 20k that we wouldnt get back to get him out and sadly no one can afford that
All I have to say is Wow, just wow! If the police here in singapore so much as to do 1/10 of what the police there did to you and your family, they would have lost their jobs and get fined/jailed.
I suggust taking this case up to the higher authorities, like a mayor or something like that. After all, its your tax which pays their salaries. No reason to get such ****ty treatment. Screw Taxes!
Wow Mark, I just came across this thread. I knew you were already going through some crazy stuff but I didn't know it went this far. Sorry man, good luck with everything and I'm hoping for the best!
thanks man. sad part? This isnt the worse of it, this is just what I am willing to share. Very very few people know the entire story.
Oh and here is something interesting that just came to light the other day. We couldn't figure out why all of a sudden they where trying so hard to find a dying man just because he had some pot. Turns out his wife(the one that turned him in, in the first place) falsely(she admitted this to a judge, no reciprocations, yep filed a false police report with 0 reprocutions ) claimed that he threated to kill her, which is also why his bail is so insanly high.
Here in my county we just recently had a guy threaten his estranged wife, get arrested for hitting her and threatend her, judge thought he wasnt a threat and he got bail then went and killed her and himself. So thats why his bail is so high..... sigh....
Sad to say that most cops are authoritarian power abusers these days. Its a shame when law abiding citizens fear the police, but thats the way it is these days. Most cops are uneducated and psychologically unfit to wield the power given to them, but its hard to find better candidates. People who would make good cops usually pick different careers.
