Doc now wont clear me to return to work on full duty(one every 4 days) and put me on light duty(5 days a week) i drive so far that its 30 bucks in gas every trip there. Man cant catch a freakin break. Lol

Do your family a favor...........try to contact some one such as a Mayor, Governor, State Rep., *find out which of them is NOT closely linked, affiliated, or politically supported by any of the Police Department 'stuff'. Write or E-mail the person. Extremely politely, explain the situation of your Uncle A. Ask if the person can please help him, or at the very least, assure you that your uncle can have visitors asap. *IMPORTANT** >>Also, PLEASE ask one of the Moderators to remove the part that you wrote=about the dogs, some one's mom, you know what I mean? right? Do not need the wrong people in jail, right?...
Man, I hope things can return to normal for you (or at least as normal as possible) as soon as possible. This is just another example of authority abusing power. I will be thinking about this and hope those POS pigs get what they have coming. I doubt anyone here has heard but about 2 weeks ago a homeless man who was known and loved in my community was shot and killed the day after his mothers passing by a cop who "had to use force".. she was in and out of the hospital before lunch and nothing is being done for the true victim. I can truly relate to the anger you're feeling man. Don't let up people need to hear about this abuse of power and something needs to be done. Keep us posted please, I just hope you can get the justice you and your family deserve.

Perfect response. There is no such thing as a "really good" cop. They can NEVER be considered in the top ten percentile insofar as:
IQ (Mental Capacity)
Morals (Ethical Values)
Psychological profile (levelheadedness)
Physical conditioning (Athleticism)
Any person that DOES rank in the top ten percentile of any of these categories would almost certainly NOT take a position as a police officer under their current pay-scale.
Cant say too much but uncle A got his bail lowered from 400k to 25k so he got out but now he is missing.
Uncle B who was the victim of the illegal search had a court date where the officer was owned. Bad. He was repeatily proven imcompetent, badly, and it was shown that he was not on the property legally. Case is that much closer to being freakin chucked out.

Alittle back story. One of my uncles(here forth called uncle A) back in may got caught growing weed for personal use. He had some health issues and with no insurance, growing your own is the cheaper method. Police looking for another uncle decided to search Uncle A's house. He agrees. They find nothing. A few weeks later the police snuck up through the woods surrounding his house and decided to spy on my uncle. He smoked alittle to relieve pain and went to lay down. He smoked inside. After awhile in to woods the police decided to knock on the door. They pushed their way in and searched the house. Upon finding marijuana they arrested him and took him to jail. Over 2 hours later, yes 2 hours later, they finally got a warrent to search his house. Read that again. 2 hours after a search, they got the warrent that allowed that search, using stuff found in that search.
So fast forward to recently. The paper work from the first search that he allowed has disappeared. There is NO record from this search. My family was able to track down a cop that was there for the search and he agreed to testify that they searched throughly and found nothing. They got a suppression hearing pushed back to accomindate this cops schedule. Suppression hearing for the fact that they had no legal right to be on his property or search his house and alot of other things.
I told them, make the suppression hearing soon before his fellow officers get to him. Too late. They talked to his today and found out that he was gonna testify that he never got a good search and was kicked out of my uncles house too soon. But thats not the @#$%$ up part.
The suppression hearing comes up(today) and right before the assistant DA comes to my uncle and says that if he pleads to growing pot and paraphernalia then he will get 1 years in county and 5 years probation. Lawyer says thats a good deal you should take it. So my uncle signs all the papers saying yeah Im guilty so that he can get the sentence promised to him. The DA talks to the arresting officer who has a hard on thinking this is gonna boost his career and comes back saying the deals off the table. So that brings us to the most @#$%#$ up part of them all. They are now using the papers he signed FOR THE DEAL to say that he signed a confession and is guilty and trying to get a minimum of 5 years. Oh and if you got pot, dont have a legally owned handgun in your house. They are trying to add 5 years just because he had handguns in a safe on the other side of his house.
What the hell is wrong with our justice system!!
I know, do the crime pay the time but the underhanded techniques being used by the DA and the PSP is bull and needs to ****in stop. This useless war on drugs in gonna ruin a life that was NEVER in any trouble with the law before, just because he wanted alittle pot for his medical problems.

That's a load of crap, man. Hopefully his lawyer gets everything straightened out, and it all works out for the best. It's also good to hear that not all of the cops involved are complete jerks; hopefully the one who agreed to testify in your uncle's defense can help him out.
