Why is another Orino looking sick?

Why is my new orinos looking sick...not all 4...i lost one yesterday and now one of them looks just like the one that got sick...all dark to greyish and laying on the bottom breathing heavily...i got plenty of airstones so it can't be oxygen...or should i have a strong current in the tank? I don't want to lose another from something i don't know about...Temperature im keeping these lil 1.5-2"ers are 86-88 and no ich is on them since they can't withstand the high temp.No dramatic flucuations,

Ph: 7.2
nitrite: 0 ppm
nitrate: 1-5 ppm
Ammonia: 0

thats just what my test kits are giving me...im not sure if the merdel kit is a good kit or not but i just used that since it was a gift 2 weeks ago since i needed a new on from along time ago

any ideas what my be attacking my babies?
 
add drift wood to lower PH.
 
i couldn't save the lil guy like the other one...:cry: i tried putting him in the powerhead like the front of it and like nothing...:( im down to my last 2...one is growing bigger and faster and the other one is somewhat near the size but both are active and healthy from what im seeing...looks like i won't be having that dream group of orinos...:cry::cry::cry::cry:

sorry bro they are very fragile st that size i have only 1 left from the 10 i nought from N.E.

so im not the only one with the problem in keeping them all alive :( so who else has this problem with small orinos?

i know another memebr thats bought 35 and lost all 35.:ROFL:

lucky you...we pay money and it takes a quick toll by losing some of the babies...:( i want some new one like bigger ones like 3-5"...i heard their more sturdy...but for now im going to try my best to keep the remainding 2 alive with the skinny niger catfish
