Trying very hard not to derail. Drugs derived from Marijuana may someday help our fish deal with tumours, boost their immune system, and lengthen their lifespan. Its non carcinogenic read Dr Donald Tashkins study. In its thousands of years of use not one death has been attributed to marijuana its unfair to call it a narcotic when niccotine and all kinds of medicines and alcohol are much more dangerous harmful and available.

She bought her medical cannibis as I did (for a rare stomach issue which has been resolved ) from a dispensary if not for that dispensary we would have had pretty lame access

Marijuana is not medicine. They should legalize Clout and ban pot.

So... when it stimulated appetite when my grandmother was wasting away it did not help ?
So all the studies that show it helps with pain just as much or better than opiates which are far more dangerous (Oxycontin vs Pot)
None of this means anything to you ?

My point is that exactly you get high until you cant feel pain but its the source of that high and its legality that get me irritated. A doctor can prescribe you oxycontin for your pain (regardless of age) but lighting a joint is a big no no
You can buy ciggarettes or booz over the counter. But those kill almost a million people a year.

Pot has never had a direct link to a death of overdose or anything similar.
Plus new studies show it helps patients with brain glioma live longer and scientists have observed THC and CBD attacking cancer cells while leaving the good cells alone.
