Thanks for the help I tested my water right when I noticed the behavior. Everything tested good so I turned off the light (heard it reduces stress) and he came right out acting pretty normal. But he has never been so sensitive before.
duanes
, I have read a previous thread where you stated doing that with lighting and took that advice months ago
I have my timer set to turn lights on at 10:30am after the sun has been out for a while so it wouldnt be as intense, and he never seemed to be bothered by light before. Heres a video of this behavior.
EDIT: Today has been an overcast kind ofday so maybe the ambiant lighting was not much today and thus the led lights“seemed” more intense to him? Could this be a possibility? But after a while do they not get used to the light? Because seemed no matter how long the lights were on he stayed under his slate rock. I do think its like what duanes was saying about natural instinct. But never noticed before and when lights go off he comes rightout so idk weird..
