Why is my water cloudy???

Ive had cloudy water for the the last 3 days...my water parameters are fine tho...ammonia and nitrite are 0 and nitrate is in between 20 and 40...Someone please help

About 3 or 4 months.. there is only 2 fish in there...29 gallon 7in jd and a 4.5in jd

Could be free floating algae. ..had that problem but got a uv sterilizer...fixed the problem.

Marineland 200 and a 20 gallon spongefilter...I have an extra emperor 280 I can put on it but its not cycled
