Is not water’s problem, because my golden dorado and pleco are all can eating and healthy

The Oscar may be more sensitive than the other 2 fish so I highly recommend getting your aquarium water tested for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH as well as GH and KH.

Only if you know the water test results of that aquarium. An important part of the hobby besides doing water changes is to know the quality of the water your fish have to swim in so I highly recommend either you purchase a proper aquarium test kit or have your water tested by your LFS.
