BBs, Their dorsal and anal fins flare Out like Argenteas. Peppering skin too.

the fish here is very nice and BB dominated, but obvious BB Hybrid .. C'mon lol

do I need to circle the belt too?

You are correct but the fish is still a BB. It is just lighter than your pic. Maybe it's the lighting. Still BB :)

Wow, did not expect this much controversy! I just liked the fish in a YouTube video, and don't normally much care for BB looks, so I was curious.

To me it just doesn't look quite right for either a maculicauda or bifasciata. It might be just the lighting and the fishes mood but it really does look to be part synspila.
 
Caudal/lateral line blotch in maculicauda? I have caught them without the pronounced black belt but this fish is not maculicauda...
