Wife and live feeding...

LOL I put lures through my tank too. Partly to see if the fish would do anything and partly to see how the lure "swam" before I went fishing.
My fish ignored it. Bass at the lake liked it though

That is hillarious, I was just thinking of trying that to see if my fish would react . I'm starting to think alot of fish keeper think alike.

You may have heard comments such as "that one has a cute moustache" from your wife as well.

My son said that about one of the feeder goldfish we had. I finally got tire of him saying "not that one", so I netted him and let him free.....in the tank with the Oscar.

But yeah, the initial part of me netting them depresses the kids, but as soon as they are swimming in the big tank, they don't care anymore.

Too bad the O.P. couldn't do this with his wife.

I told my wife to leave my Oscar's alone cause she kept feeding them off schedule. I finally told her if she didn't I was going to feed her to them. She didn't believe me, I guess. It happened back in 2002 and now she sports a small bite scar on her left butt cheek from my Tiger Oscar. KevinFlemming21, Make note of this.

When I had a BGK at about the age of 14. I use to sit there and laugh as my sister put guppies in its tank and cried as he destroyed them.
