Many of you have asked about the arrival of several fish that are (over)due!

After replying to countless emails and pms, I've decided this is the most efficient means of providing an update on those imports.

Cichla kelberi are still be being collected and accululated for my order, so that shipment has been pushed back a little. That could mean next week for arrival, but I cannot commit to a date as that is not within my control.

Golden dorado, hystrix rays (yes, real ones), lots of different earth eaters, Dicrossus and Biotecus, fancy plecos, piraya, Xingu rhoms, etc. all due on same order.


In regards to Orinoco fish; middle of next week marks expected arrival for some more fancy motoros, schroederi (true flower) rays, castexi 'jaguar' rays, fancy plecos, Semaprochilodus, Atabapo l 'fire' pikes, etc.


All imports will be posted on my stock list as well as highlighted here at MFK upon arrival.

if jeff can bring kelberi out S.A, we should demand something more rare, ie: fogo. it doesn't matter, i still want my kelberi.

He said that he's been trying to get Intermedia for quite a number of years now so he likely has been trying for others as well.Like you said,the Kelberi will do for now.

see thats why im confused! in the fishing pics i see online, intermedia seem to be very abundant throught out the orinoco where all these orinos supposedly come from. why is it that we hardly see any intermedias in the hobby???

Good question J,maybe the collectors are holding them for their big money clientele in Europe or the East.
