When my wife saw the cost she colored up on the spot :angryfire LOL :FIREdevil

and i wonder what my parents would say...seeing as to how one kelberi would already cost my entire savings.:WHOA:

My little one took down some red devil fry yesterday, and had feeder today. Didn't seem too interested in worms and he's small so I'm not gonna push the shrimp too hard yet. Make sure he's settled in an eating good first.

says the guy that dropped $30k on a platinum barramundi ;) :nilly:

Neo that is a lot of money for a fish. That's dedication and your barramundi's are pretty spectacular.
It sounds as though you've only bought one kelberi? I'm surprised you didn't order an army of them.

I agree. The prices are probably a little higher than most expected, but not by far. If you want a Kelberi enough, you should spend the little extra.

I believe the price is the same as first batch and second batch of last year. It sucks that someone just projected the price of 20-bux Kelberi... Just like 50-bux Armatus, and feel 85-bux Armatus is expensive, although it's twice if not tripple the size of 50-bux Armatus! :shakehead

Those are some good looking Kels. Great import Jeff.

I agree with Li. I know a lot of members..especially in the cichla game are relatively new to this. If you came in to cichla in the last 2-3 years, You've been lucky. A LOT has come in that not only wasn't available before, but the few that were were at rediculous prices. $100-$225 Cichla kelberi is a hell of a price. Shoot, that's cheaper than most members that have sold the ones they bought from Jeff's first batches.

Im not saying that $100-$225 is'nt a nice chunk of change, but some people are acting as if these are a run of the mill fish that can be obtained whenever...you're mistaken.
