Wild caught Venezuela

Not sure about this one. It doesn't look like any I've seen at an LFS, he has a ton of yellow. I bought him at one but he was 9" and hasn't grown any in almost 2 years.

Danger Chicken - I'm so envious! Those guys are BEAUTIFUL. How large is your tank? I can't even imagine, haha. They look so happy.

This is a wild caught Oscar which probably turned out very nice. There is no actual astronotus rubrocellatus.

Doubt they are wild caught. I believe its one of those limited fish that come out of japan every now and again. Genes were probably spliced somewhere along the line but thats a nice looking oscar.

Oscars are very messy fish, so tank maintenance is paramount. Perform a monthly water change, so that your Oscar always has clean water and the waste that is not processed by the filter is removed.
