Wild Pair of Trimacs spawning pics

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Norbert..... put me on the list for fry! I'm in So. Cal!

Norbert~

Amazing pair. I can see they have really come up nicely since you posted their pics last time.

Mine (not wild!) have grown a lot over the past year but they haven't yet spawned for me. They show all signs of breeding, but the female usually can't keep up and has to hide from the male.

they're getting there, still don't have colors as good as yours yet though, but mine are still young they might get there :D

That's the trouble I've always had with other pairs of Trimacs in the past, they're never quite on the same page as each other. I always keep them either completely divided or if my female is considerably smaller I'll use an incomplete divider.

Hope to see updated shots of yours sometime, they're a great looking pair.

Beautiful trimacs. Good to see new, pure trimac blood entering the hobby. Keep them coming!

Thanks jowens!

I agree, been awhile since I've seen anything in Oregon besides Flowerhorns :(

You have a gorgeous pair of Trimacs Norbert, love the pics. Keep us posted, I'd love to see how everything turns out. I'd like to start my own breeding project when I set up my 150g with my 9" WC male.
