Am I seeing the verterbrae in the last two pix?... to be honest...I would just put her out of her misery right now...
but if you want you could crank up the temp up to 90F and continue the water change to 20%... keep your fingers cross...
for future reference...don't use gravel/sand in a hospital tank that eliminates waste from getting stuck getting between the gravels...water change helps but won't be as effective...leave nothing in there...except the air stone and heater...
