I got a gar from someone that had gotten jacked by fahka puffer. the tail fin was chewed to the flesh as was the anal fin. All healed up fine and fins grew back(not full on but some grew back). Keep your water nice and clean and use salt. Also wouldn't hurt to bump your temp up. GL!

as polypterus and E_americanus said. they should grow back just fine. when i first got my largest florida his fins were almost identical to yours. i think the pectoral fins on your fish are a little worse off (so i'm not sure if they will regrow or not), but the rest are in about the same condition as my floridas were. just keep clean water and a good diet.
