I think it could work just watch ebjd. I've heard they are sensitive and fragile so good water would be a must and making sure it doesn't get picked on

I think you would be better off w/ your first choice in stock. The bleeding hearts will be more active. I would do the pleco, because one will create more waste then all those tetras.
Just keep an eye on your water params, and keep up on the water changes. Your fish should be fine and healthy.
