Mine took 6 months to settle in, but two months to eat. Then another time fasted for 5-7 months, don't remember exactly how long. I remember I knew he wasn't eating because I didn't see him and he wasn't as fat as he would normally be after a meal. Surprised me how little bit of weight he lost.
Don't worry. Probably just digesting it. Good luck with the other fish. Pretty soon the wolf will get aggravated enough and go on a killing spree.
Wow and I thought it was the other way around! I was concerned about bring on vacation for 8 days. Thanks for the fun fact. Just makes me love fish as a pet even more now.
