Isn't that where the bank's responsibility comes in? Its deep pockets of high ups in these institutions that allowed this to happen.

edit: But whatever, its still the responsibility of those taking the loans.

The responsibility falls on both parties. That's why banks are going out of business, and people are losing their homes. It takes two signatures. One from the bank rep, and one from the borrower.

i think its just sad. they left the repossession papers in her door around 30 times-she would never come to the door. the bank shouldnt have given her a 30 year loan knowing she would never be able to pay that back. But someone should have stepped in to help her-she lives alone. Its just plain wrong to kick a 90 year woman out of her home-those greedy turds should have just waited a few years and the bank would get the house back.

okaaaaaaay, maybe i am demented. but i dont feel sorry for people that try to take their own life, and dont ever expect me to. there are people out there that have their lives cut short for whatever reason and here goes some perfectly healthy person that decides to commit suicide. thats pretty selfish if you ask me.

i could care less what people think about my views. im not posting this for approval or to make buddies, just posting my opinion. i have no obligation to feel 'compassion' or feel sorry for anybody and i wont. again, not seeking acceptance from anybody, just stating what i feel.

Anyone that signs a mortgage they can't afford gets no sympathy from me. The government is about to pay 700 BILLION to deal with this idiocy. That costs every man, woman, and child in this country $2500. I also have no sympathy for the banks that are going out of business. If you make your bed with crusty sheets, lie in it.

I prefer the option change your sheets on your bed, if they're crusty and you don't like them.. Just throwing that in there.... why would you lie in it, when it takes like 5 mins to change your sheets for a less crusty - more soft sheets, you could just wash your crusty sheets with a fabric softener to make them less crusty, it'd save you more money in the long run, instead of buying sheets.
