As far as being allowed there thats pretty one sided politics...CUBA...in general ,doesn't dislike USA.....THE USA boycotts CUBA to keep the CUBAN refugee vote from disappering( neither party can afford to lose the CUBAN vote....you lose that vote ,,adios white house)
