I assume you are talking about for the windows? If so I would not use PVA glue it is less flexible, does not bond as well to plastics or glass, and I know at least some of the "waterproof" PVA glues are more water resistant than waterproof and not meant to be constantly submerged in water.
 
What is the stocking plan? For tropical your going to spend a fortune long term heating it?
 
would i able to use normal sponge for my filter

i think of a 6ft arylic window for the tank , would 2mm thick be alright and could i use building sand for the tank and i will put some sand under the pond line to protect it.

probably too dense, you would lose water flow from that. you could try bags of cotton stuffing, cheap and works good. also look into 'scrubbies' for your sump

umm I believe 2mm thick is too small for anything, you'd blow that sucker up first time you filled it with water. get an idea here:

the thickness of your front glass needs to be determined when you have exact dimensions, for every which way of your tank. (depth, height, width)

i changed my mind about my sump , i thinking of a big sponge filter and use 2 or 3 battery air pumps.
