The gar in the vid is the gar we had raised last year and yep he was a long nose. I believe the ones we have this year are as well. An update on their condition all are radially eating minnows at this point lots and lots of minnows lol. The two in the 10 gal grow tank have put on weight well and one or both may be moved over next weekend however I think I am going to keep them in their grow tank till then for safe measure. To clarify for those who may have missed it the gar in the vid is No longer in the 75 and now calls a private outdoor pond home along with most of his bluegill tank mates. In the 75 now are minnows ranging from half an inch to 3 inches, a 3.5 inch sculpin, a 3.5 inch cray fish, along with some assorted small crays and the 5 gars that were all fat, happy and now over 3 inches in length. I have to go after work tonight at 9pm ish and catch more minnows for both tanks. I will try to post some new pics in the next few days and throughout the growing process over the next few months.
