Japan has one of the lowest job change percentage worldwide. In fact it is looked down upon to leave a job. I believe their nation average is 7-10years per company. While here in the states its within 2years. That guy must of been very dedicated to his career to take upon such a position. BUT to say it is his job that caused his death i feel is stretching it. Sure stress and long hours can take its toll on the body. But it is the responsibility of the individual to fully recoup or de-stress while not at work. Otherwise he/she is not fit for the position. Rule #1 of nature..... only the strong survive.....

From 20-23 my work schedule was like this
Sunday 8am-8pm= 12hrs
Monday 12am-8pm= 20hrs
Tuesday 12am-8pm= 20hrs
Wednesday 2am-8pm= 18hrs
Thursday- Off
Friday 12pm-8= 8hrs
Sat.- Off
Total= 78hrs a week

Me and the 3other people who ran the company were all in our twenties and had to take medication for heart pains. Falling asleep on the toilet was common:ROFL: Anyways it was what i had to do to make a living.
Today i work 7days a week and stress levels are at a all time high... I make it a point to de-stress and keep fit if i want to produce at a high level.... Which is why i joke around so often....

I see too many people who are "boss haters"... unlike in Japan the pressure of staying with a job is not as high here... The nationwide average for "work productivity" is less than 20%...... which means you are wasting your bosses money right now if your at work.... In America i feel there is no such thing as employees....... from the janitor to CEO... we all exchange services for $$$.... how hard we work and how much $$$ we make is ultimately determined my ourselves.....

sorry i just had to get this off my chest..... carry on.....;)
