Well, true broken bones hurt more than anything for sure - but fractures are really only tender for a few days...sprains stay stiff a lot longer.

I suffered an acid burn on my chest and face at my last job. No compensation for me, I had to keep working that same day.
Bad sprains are definately worse than fractures, compound breaks are not fun as I have had 4, all seperate times two on the same wrist playing football in high school.
