If I ever have a worse experience than I did with Comcast there will be lawyers above. Not sure Wal-Mart really qualifies, if you don't understand your getting junk products and junk service before you walk in the door you shoul probably have a chaperone.
I have never been to a Walmart in the U.S. but we went to one in Mexico a couple days ago. The customer service was actually very good. Of course, the cost of personnel is much, much lower here....
The only decent walmart that I've been to is in cape cod, they don't have enough people working their but the few employees that are there are quite helpful.
Nice bump.I find myself winding up at the local Walmart more and more these days and,aside from the guy at the entrance who screams at the top of his lungs,I have very few complaints about the place....I guess that's saying something considering quite a few people I know like to refer to that particular store as "ghetto".
Absolutely, in fact in the top tier cities such as Shanghai, Shenzhen etc, customer demands are higher than that of western cities. High end retailers deliver world class service. However, it seems, this push for elevated service standards has not hit the fast food industry yet. It's a money game really, the affluent, aside from their children, don't eat at burger joints.

It's too bad the Walmart game plan is spreading to other companies. To keep it cheap you gotta pay em cheap. Too many people are willing to overlook pisspoor customer service to save a buck. The companies that practice this don't seem to care if they loose you as a customer when you complain.
