Worst Customer Service

While I appreciate that everyone has opinions, ASCI has conducted professional annual surveys of "roughly 70,000 people every year about more than 230 companies" for many years... and determined that Wal-Mart has had the worst customer service of any retailer from 2007 to 2012.

Want to bet on who will "win" for 2013?

the secret is to hop from place to place and wait a long time before returning so they don't remember you. and before they know it, they've already broke their back for a solid hour serving you only to get a couple of bucks. just for sticks and giggles i'll pour syrup on the 1 or 2 dollars i tip with. i love the looks on their faces. i call that giving them the sticky fingers. sometimes i'll wear a hat, sun glasses and a fake beard so they don't recognize me

now that you mentioned it, there's a few joints i haven't preyed on in a while. thanks for reminding me.

Lately it's been the mail carrier who seems to regularly get everyone's mail mixed up....It's like he is always talking on his phone and not paying attention to the address

wow ... that sucks .. I have a completly different exp. with the local postal workers
 
Aquascape

This was a few years ago but i bought some armatus from them and they kept moving shipping dates and ended up shipping them without even telling me. Very bad communication and the armatus were super small and very skinny. In all my years of buying fish this transaction still sticks in my mind
