Just wanted to giv an update! The police told me today they caught someone with a bunch of peoples stuff and a positive ID on my nikon D90 by serial numbers but not much else. The cops said he done this stuff before and he tries to sell the stuff for drugs, I guess he is strung out on meth. Even with the cops catching him that still doesent bring my tanks and fish back and I still can not have the camera back untill after the trial they say that it has to be used for evidence. WTF: this A**HOLE gets a trial what a bunch of ). If it was up to me I would put him in a small room with everyone he has stolen from for about 30 min and say go at it!!!! The reason he smashed the tanks???????? I still have no clue. Mabey he was druged out or something? If they let me in the court room I may end up in jail myself for assault, because im gonna beat this guys @$$ if I see him.

You do also have the option to let the little **** head burn for it and add in the reparations for what he did to you. I doesnt help bring your tanks or fish back but "Tit for Tat"

Ive been unfortunate enough to be in that situation..I had a punk that decided to break into my house while i was home, i have my conceal carry, he came at me with a knife, i warned him, god i didnt kill him!!!!, im just sayin things change when stuff happens...sorry to hear this happened...

I'm surprised they found anything, that's awesome. Any chance they can tack animal abuse onto the charges? I'm guessing not, the laws are geared towards pet mammals.

Wow that's just terrible. Sounds a lot like what happened at my high school during my senior year. Some kids broke in and smashed the bio teacher's three 125 gallon fishtanks. Some people are just messed up in the head.
