Ok, so if 2" of tank height equals 2% of 150G, then your tank must be 100" high?

There's always at least one analyst :grinno:

Mine was my first run with salt years ago. I had a niger trigger, lion, and a porcupine. Well heater issues led to ich, so I put them in a sick tank for treatment. Woke up the next morning to, apparently, a porcupine nuked tank. Looked like milk. Not cool.

mine just happened ten minutes ago... figured i would move my 4 1/2" TSN into a bigger tank with my 6-7in oscar ...... he barley hit the water and ended up half way down the O's throat:irked: ...... i managed to spook the O into spitting my cat .. and he's back in the tank he started with for now .. but he seems to have a damaged fin and a small flesh wound on his head behind his eyes .. hope he turns out ok .. ive gotten attached and hes prolly my favorite:cry:..."DAMMIT MAN" what was i thinking?

Same thing happened to me yesterday. I tried introducing a 6.5 inch Tandaus tandanus eel tail catfish to my barra tank. It was in there for all of 3 seconds before my smaller barra nailed it. He had no intention of spitting it out, and after a minute of chewing, it was gone. Luckily I have another one of the same size, he is in a seperate tank for the time beicng.

I dropped a guppy on my sock today while transfering it to a 10 to 30 gallon. I was like "Hey where did that one go?" I did pick the guppy off my sock, but i think it may be the fourth one that's currently hiding.

Not really much of a disaster is it?

went out n bought sponge for my powerheads, didnt rinse it thoroughly enuf...got home next day, to my jardini, jag, oscar, gibbicep all with cloudy eyes swimmin on there sides...the foam had sumthing toxic in it still...so i did a full waterchange/re rinsed foam dosed tank with pimafix/melfix turned lights off n hoped for the best...next day all was good! i was very lucky

when i was younger, and i went to my dads for a weekend, my mom did a tank change for me. She moved my beautiful red oranda, his name was willy becasue he was sucha sweet heart and loved being petted and stuff, mom didnt know where to put him while she changed the water so she put him in a breeder net holder and hung him off the side of my big tank, which had a oscar a convict cichlid and random other fish. she wasnt paying attention and got sidetracked making dinner, and well the oscar saw willy as a nice morsal, and some how tore the breeder net down off the tank and munched on willy untill there wasnt much left. i was furious and told her no more touching my tanks.
