I didn't need anyone to tell me a thing. I figured things out by myself.
...like 30 years ago I kept baby carp in a 5g tank and fed them bread crumbs....till they died..I kept guppies in glass jars....These days, hopefully wiser for the experience, I google every bit of info on fish I want to get so I go to the shop prepared....Generally, I've never had anyone suggesting to me anything out of the ordinary and when I asked, I always got a pretty decent advice. If you don't ask, they sell whatever you like and don't ask questions...
