hmmm i had double hernia repaired when i was a baby. but i guess tht doesnt count too muc cause i dont remember it ut i still have the scars. i had to have an arm reset a week and ahalf after it was broke and they used which doesnt really work on me that wasnt fun. i had a rusty piece of metal remove from my eye that wasnt too much fun. stiches 3 times broke 4 fingers on my right hand two on my left dislocated 1 on my right. a drill through my right thumb from slamming it in a car door to relieve the blood poling underneath. and passed out into a pond. stopped breathing. was resesitated on scene and airlifted to a hospital and woke up 4 hours feeling fine lol. many many more as well not bad for only being 19 i suppose.

I never had surgery, I only got badly wounded, shot with a BB gun and stung by jellyfish (week at the hospital, a lot of anti-venom)

when i was fishing about a year ago with a freind of myn he was casting out and didnt look.. and his size 6 barbed hook got stuck deep into my little finger... as he was still trying to cast yanked it further in. it hurt to much to pack up and ride home so i got him to cut his line then i got my stanley knife out of my tackle box and cut the hook out of my finger. hurt like hell, worst pain ive ever felt so far. after cutting the hook out i still had to ride my bike with fishing stuff back to my house which is about a 15-20min ride from the lake..
still got the scar now

Snapped the femoral neck of my right hip in half just below the femoral head - the first photograph illustrates where the fracture occured on my opposing hip - the others show the wonderful hardware I'm left with...

I had a build up of amylose on my eye. The kicker is that it started growing blood vessels and turned into a tumor. What sucked most about it, though, was the blood vessels weren't formed right and kept busting causing a pocket of blood under my sclera. One night the pocket of blood burst, ripping my sclera. Surgery to repair the sclera, remove the tumor, and cotterize the blood vessels.
