the baby oscar is in the hospital tank now...lost a fin and tail is chopped up from his run in with the crayfish...and he IS a good three to four inches! i thought he could handle that crayfish!
truthfully,i want to humanely put him down...he looks terrible and the rotten angel was harassing him mercilessly. the angel needs to go,too. he's a serious pain,but i hate to put down such a big healthy guy with the kind of balls he has. but he wont mess with those puffers! ( giggle ) and they are less than 2 inches! and the puffers? they run from the ctenopomas and the loaches ( who annoy everybody,but its so funny,they are comical- they 'clown' everybody )
strangely,the ctenopomas were bullied by the angel,too...they would not run,but wouldnt fight,either.
