Would this work

Would the bio load be to much for the tank though, there is no sump

130g tank with NTT datnoid, severum, flagtail and group of clown loaches? definitely not too much bio load for a 130g tank.

I would probably do a pair of Severums in that tank.

When they are small you'll be fine, however as they reach max size you'll just have to do frequent water changes

I only plan to keep the loaches until they reach about 5-6 inches and then sell them off, would the bio load still be to much

No it wouldn't.

And if you do want to keep them to max adult size in the tank then do you think you can manage 50% weekly water changes? If you can then the tank will work fine.

How much stock you can keep really depends on the maintenance you are happy doing.

I already do 50% weekly water changes, sometimes 80% and feed 4 times a week, do you think this stock will work

It would be fine. With your current stock you could probably maintain water parameters with 20% weekly water changes.

Once the fish grow or you stock it more then increase the water changes percentage.
