with shops i think its a case of if they had a tank full of ST selling for $300 they would sell its a case of see a fish buy a fish people would go into a shop once a months or so to buy food and their it is that ST they have wanted for so long people find the money from somewere

i think people in the US have been lucky for to long with cheap fish i have never seen a ST for sale hear in the UK for less than $50

the point hear is what would you class as a good price

you have to remember bruce we pay $50-120 for a 5inch NTT hear in the UK

and some shops charge $200 for a 8inch IT so $150 for a ST of any size is cheap for us

i know many people who would snap at the chance of any size ST for $150

the last ST that sold on aquarist free add was $700 and it sold within 12hrs

It depends on size.
I would pay $80-100 for a 4-5'' ST...

But why talk about it when I'll probably never be able to get an ST.

Dude I'm willing to pay $500.00+ for a decent size ST and still can't find even one.. ST's have run dry..

wow st's for $150...here that would be considered dirt cheap... i think most of the guys /gals i kno, would jump on a deal that good... if i'm not mistaken st's would go for $450+ here...even at $450 i might think about getting it... not much st's here only 2 guys i kno that have them out here... and i think they spent quite a bit for theirs...
