I probably would for that price. Assuming it was at least as accurate as the liquid API kit and the step involved for usability AND convenience.
But for human water consumption I'd be worried if my local tester went from using $5k device as noted to a $100 one LOL. This isn't my profession and I have no idea in this technology and what's required.
