Have you tried actually venting it? How big is the fish? My male jag had a vent that looked like that from the side. But yeah, the fin shape and bars make me think 70% male 30% female. So I'm not all too sure. But how big is it though?

i would say female 'cause of the dorsal and anal fins and slightly rounder body but the brightness and colour of the markings i would say male,hard to say really without seeing it in person!
