Yeah, hes a beast. I personaly like to see the many pairs I have had breed i'n my large community tank. Watching how a mother and father defend from other fish and so on

^Ya I am guessing they are all male, because otherwise pairs would have formed and you would think they would have gone on a rampage.

I find tanks like this rather boring, as you don't get to see a lot of "natural behavior." But I do see the appeal. I started a thread a while back on techniques for housing large cichlids together and this method was brought up and can work for people.

If anything one fish to 120 gallon tank is more unnatural than an overstocked tank. Go watch aquamojo's youtube channel when he went to mexico. Their is a scene where a concrete slab runs through and tons of cichlids sit there occasionally grassing while fighting the current. Then he swims to the end of the concrete slab and below there are hundreds of cichlids sitting side by side resting till they can go feed again. So to say something is "natural or not" is impossible to tell by us.

I see a female Flowerhorn.....

His other videos have salvini pair, dovii pair, umbee pair, motoguensis pair, all living together. Obviously it does not matter if they are all males or not.
