Wtb eclipse catfish

I got mine about 10 months ago at 2". Its about 6-7" now. Impossible to actually measure. Either spends his time in his log or swimming fast along the bottom searching for food. Be careful if you have any fish that can fit in its mouth. I got 14 Buenos Aires tetras about 10 weeks ago and because of him there's only 3 left.

I kept mine with guppies and he never ate any.

A school of 4 would look awesome and if you can't afford 3-4 at least get two so they will have a buddy.

you know thats not a bad idea. ive had related issues. only nocturnal eaters thats why. but yea their pretty cheap as well. like 5-8 bucks at petsmart.

wow they sure grow pretty slow. and no all fish i have are about same size or bigger.
 
I had two that were around 6-6.5" after 2 years. They grew fast to 5" then grew fat instead of long. I've yet to see one over 8" but I'm sure there are some out there.

i was going to say i would love to see one but look at tha sun cat that thing is huge

i really want one now hahah but who knows how long it will take for one to get like that. that things probably years old. maybe shy of 5-8 years looks like it
