If you want Fly River Turtle which is fully aquatic(meaning no basking spot needed).. Chinese soft shell can be kept the same way. At least I know people who have kept them fully aquatic. I won't get into whether it's best or not.

If you want Chinese or Florida soft shell they're usually pretty available whenever. Cold_blooded has some nice albino chinese soft shells.
