I’m looking for one too and just checked the site....$1800 for a 6”-7” XXL Mbu? Did I miss a memo or is that the going rate nowadays? If so, I’m gonna have to go with a fahaka

No that seems really high. I've seen about 3 in my general area over the last year that were all roughly the same size 5" they were priced $299-$499. I went with a fahaka not so much because of price but because of size I know I can't provide a big enough structure to hold a mbu. But if all mbu shot up to $1800 for a 7" fish then price would definitely be a huge no point. If I remember correctly wet spot had one listed a couple months ago 3" $199.

They’re on drugs if they think that fish is worth 1.8k, it won’t sell at that price because they aren’t worth that much at that size.

Keep looking and you’ll find one for around $300. Good luck comrade.
