Maybe a week or two from the time you noticed them. I don't know the exact timeline.
All I know is, once they hatch, you had better get some loaches, or you are going to have hundreds of those things in your tank in about 2 months.

Can anyone identify what the hell is in my tank? It is way up in the corner, and the only thing that could possibly get up there would be my snails. The pictures I am posting are not the greatest, but I hope someone can figure this out.

Snails are only a problem if you don't want them. All you have to do is remove the egg clutch before they fall into the water.
