Yep those are apple snail eggs. look to be Brig eggs (pomacea bridgesii) most of my clutches hatch within a few days, a good hatching technique is to gently take them off the side of your tank and place them in a semi moist paper towel then into a sandwich baggie. then you can just float them at the top, they'll turn a greyish sort of color , and that generally means they're about to hatch. ^,^ congrats mate
