its the dat disease, you need to seperate them when they get this, do daily water changes, keep the temp up into the high 80's and use salt.
I've treated this disease on accident.
I had a thinbar in a tank inside, the tanks temp was 82 when he got the disease I moved him outside and the tanks temp dropped from 82 to 60 over a 2 day period, the "pimples" dissapeared 2 days after.

looks like a freaking tumor. or it kind of looks like some sort of internal parasite doing some damage.
