I've treated this disease on accident.

I had a thinbar in a tank inside, the tanks temp was 82 when he got the disease I moved him outside and the tanks temp dropped from 82 to 60 over a 2 day period, the "pimples" dissapeared 2 days after.

How did your dats fair in cold water (60 degs.)? When I have lost datnoids it has ususally been in the summer as I have them in a workshop with no a/c and in Florida it gets hot! Still it is surprising that they do o.k. at 60. Does anyone know the temps where they live in the wild?
