I recommend you try posting on craigslist and other similar sites (including the WTS section on MFK). Quote your expected price with "OBO" option.

Once you sell it, you can update this thread with details on how many offers you got and how much did you sold it for.

PS: In Bombay, a 4 inch Silver Aro is for sale for $15-$20...A 6-8 inch one is for ~$40 and those close to or just over 1 foot are for $70-$80.

This is just to give an idea of the costs at various sizes. It will be great if someone from in/around TN can give a similar estimate of prices.

BTW LFS usually buy fish at most 50% value and pay you in store credit.

sc is about right, foot long slivers in the sfbay would go for about 40-45. I got one last year at 22" for $50. GL though

thank you for being nice about it and thank you for the info im more of a Cichlid guy i dont know the prices of Arowana that well i called the store just to see what he would give me for him and he said $70 but i had already made up my mind that i wanted to keep him
