The plant with the odd shaped leaves is Water Wisteria (Hygrophila difformis) and should do fine with your current light levels. The other plant is Red Ludwiga and it needs stronger lighting to stay healthy. Also, you shouldn't leave your Pothos completely submerged as it will eventually suffocate. It's best to have the roots trailing in the water with the rest of the plant hanging over the side.
