Actually it's Microsoft vs the world...just like how they "force" people to slowly have to start buying the new Windows, by making everything old irrelevant.

Hell yeah, I've rented games that I originally planned on buying and finding out how LAME they are. You can't tell just by other's opinions and reviews alone.


OH Well, I guess for the sake of fun and entertainment, I'll just stick to fishes...and become a MASTER BAITER!
 
Just looked into it a bit more and finding out you can't resell or buy used games, Stupid.. Being a big xbox fan, this may have been the deal breaker for me.

PS4 is just a controller at the moment. Sony did not show anything about the console. I never buy used games nor do i sell my old games. I still have all my Nintendo 64 games. ^^.
 
Cant wait till the new xbox one comes out this holiday. I just got my sony 70 inch LED 3D TV. Ready for some gaming who cares about trading games and reselling i always keep my games. Akuma i still have my 64 games and my super nintendo games

The Xbox One reveal was a system reveal not a software showcase. Microsoft wanted to get the boring stuff out of the way so at E3 THEY COULD SHOW OFF SOFTWARE. The specs for both systems are very close. I would go as far as saying they are closer in power than the 360 and PS3. The PS3 does when in the ram department and no region lock, but I think Microsoft might have something up its sleeve with going for a custom processor and once again xbox live. We all should wait until after E3 to decide, but if xbox live is once again better than Sony's online service then we will have a repeat of last gen especially since Madden, Fifa, and COD will be a better experience on XBOX.
 
I will not be buying the new xbox, and REALLY encourage others.to do the same so we can nip these practises in the butt.

With the no borrowing (90% of my gaming is borrowed, esp since im now divorced), no renting (seriously, we all have bought crappy games, or super short games that we should have never bought. Hitman absolution, new tomb raider, and Metro Last light come to mind. Super fun but all SUPER short) and no resell. Add in always on with a kinect that can ID me and has to always be connected, hell no. They also got rid of the family plan for XBL. Oh and you have to pay for XBL.

What happens if you lose you internet for a week? You cant play your xbox. Screw that.
