XBOX took a crap on me

So this is what the end looks like?
someone said something about Microsfot fixing 360's without warranty?
They better or this is the last Microsoft console I will ever own.
I only had this thing for like 5 months...
Do I call em or write em or what?I recall somone saying if I have to send it in make sure I keep the hard drive?
any tips much appreciated.

Yea just happened to me. Seems to be happening to people who got the first waves of xboxes.

Well I called em and I admit they were right on top of it.They are sending me a box to send it in for repairs.

I am starting to wish I had gotten a PS3 also but not because of this there are a few things but this is was the deciding factor.

I had heard something was wrong with the 2005's but I bought this one ealier this summer.....

haha I used to hear ppl spreading rumors that Ps3's melted down... and that you should buy an Xbox instead. My friend bought a ps3 when they came out and its still workin great. So much for Xbox, I hope their customer service is good. I dont even play games but I'd haveta say Xbox has better games out right now.
